Why are these vegetables actually bad?

I hear in a lot of these FaceIq videos that vegetables aren’t optimal. I never really understood why they aren’t, and the evidence to back up the reasoning for them being bad. Can someone explain?
But what if you can’t digest protein?
Not every single vegetable is bad for you. A lot of the "good ones" are actually not even vegetables they are fruits. Think Tomatoes, Pumpkins or Cucumbers. They're not optimal. But they are better than. the leafy greens or stem like vegetables some of the acceptable true vegetables are something like potatoes they're not that bad but they again aren't optimal
Vegetables are never something we evolved to eat, humans are a hyper carnivorous species (Natural diet of 75%+ meat). We lack the proper faculties for digesting plants, if you look at cows or other animals which consume plants, they have designated stomach chambers for fermenting plants which allows their body to utilize the nutrients. Humans are monogastric, we are incapeable of doing this; all n…
Think about this. If something has no nutrients that you can’t get in animal foods, and it contains negative things such as oxylates, goitragens, fiber, phytic acid etc. then why would you put it in your body vs a steak?
How is fiber bad, I also never understood that.
The body can’t digest it, it’s completely pointless. Also, it physically stretches the gut too much hurting the gut lining and you may know fiber slows down absorption (which is why people recommend it when you eat sugar, to negate the effect of the blood sugar spike) but for you eating an optimal diet it’s just inhibiting the absorption of nutrients and is harmful.
Fiber binds to other nutrients rendering them useless to the body, such as protein and various other micros/macros, FaceIQ made a video on its effects on Zinc absorption.
Fiber slows the absorption of nutrients and can cause increased constipation, bloating, gas, and abdominal pain. It’s also about what fiber comes with. For example, when you eat broccoli, there’s fiber—but there are also other negative compounds in broccoli, such as goitrogens, that add to the downside. At the end of the day, there’s no need to be autistic about never eating fiber—I eat fruit. But…

Very helpful thank you.
From a simple logical standpoint, vegetables are missing 26 nutrients you either want or need, things you'll only find in meat. Animal products on the other hand contain everything you need, plus a lot of beneficial compounds you don't strictly need but absolutely want like creatine, taurine, and carnosine. These have meaningful dietary benefits that plants simply can't offer. On top of that,…
Firstly they’re pretty void of nutrients, and even the ones they do have usually are in worse form (non-heme iron, Vitamin D2, K1).
Secondly, read about vegetables containing anti-nutrients which inhibit absorption of nutrients and other toxins present in vegetables such as oxalates, lectins, tannins and phytic acid to name a few.
For example a study showed that eating 120g oysters vs 120g oysters with 120g of tortilla made from corn reduced zinc absorption by 100%!
Anything with oxalates is pretty bad
any antinutreitn or high fiber foods are unoptimal, hence why vegetables get th bad rep. There are still some good vegetables like i would say bell peppers and cucumbers and carrots are on the better end of the spectrum
Cucumber is goated, very good volume pretty great for cutting
