I've been following Levi and been in his Skool society for a while does anyone have an educated opinion on this guy and his AERO (Applied Epigenetic Remodelling of the Orofacial complex).

The theory is that through certain facial exercises, applying specific pressure with the tongue etc. you can achieve CCW (Counter clockwise rotation) and further facial development.

He has these clients as proof, but does this stuff work as well as he claims or anywhere close?

His diet advice is decent, just lots of beef and eggs with no carbs. Personally I love carbs and lots of them, but also a lot of beef and eggs.
