Getting Mogger Eyelashes W/o Minox, Latisse, or cope oils(Castor)
Hey guys, was wondering if you guys know any chemicals that can be topically applied around the eyes, that can extend the growing phase of your eyelash hairs? Ive heard of many chemicals that are used for different purposes, but have a side effect of extending hair growth periods.
