Should i get damon braces or a herbst appliance if i'm slightly recessed and have an overbite of 4.5mm (insurance will pay for it btw)

Hooding issue
What should i do if my hooding is quite negative (almost no uee tho:) ) and because of the hooding my pct of around 2-3 degrees looks like a nct of -1 degree Also should i get canthopexy or canthoplasty in the future or could i get away with a pct of 2-3 degrees
