Is accutane the best way to get rid of acne?
I’m a teenager and it’s genetic/hormonal as everyone in my family has had bad acne growing up including my brothers I’ve already tried:
-probiotic
-diets
-skincare
Advice would be appreciated
Yea hands down, in terms of a drug you can take it's a miracle that pretty much cleared my severe acne.
I’ve heard from a couple people saying tretinoin is the way to go what do u think?
Good way, but not the best. Accutane is like a nuclear bomb against acne.
Tret has less side effects but less results. Still very effective, try tret before accutane because accutane can cause joint pain/damage. It is a last resort.
Tretinoin is good but i heard some mixed reviews compared to accutane
what are the side effects though? how does accutane affect hormones during the years of puberty and development?
Raw primal diet is the best way, watch FaceIQs dietary nutrition blueprint
I have, I’ve been going strong with this diet for 4months now. I shouldn’t I be noticing improvement by now?
Yes, you are probably do it wrong. Try to get fresh food from butchers grass fed and pasture raised. Join a primal discord for help like "Sv3rige tribe" or whatever. Grocery store meat has loads of toxins especially when they aren't grass fed by fed slop 😭
Try only meat no dairy and fruits ..if after and month nothing changes accutan is a way but not the best
I use topical tretinoin and it works (started recently but already good progress) it doesn't cause liver damage and psychiatric issues like iso does. I've also seen some reports of megadosing b5 helping.
Appreciate it, at that point tho wouldn’t just taking accurate be the best course of action?
Accutane is systemic so it works even in places that don't need it, tretinoin is topical cream (0.1% solution of activated vitamin A and not a synthetic derivative) so it causes effects locally where you need it with no systemic side effects.

Ah I understand so I’m guessing you would recommend tretinoin before accutane? I also thought tho that tretinoin is the same as accutane
My best trait is prob skin I am in 8th grade here is my advice: Spend as much time as possible isolated in the sun - go until the point of burning, eat steak, fish, other meat - cheese, and lots of water, also get good sleep - the natural skin care is the best solution
Yes thanks a lot I’ve been sun bathing for the past 3months I’ve noticed though even with my diet in check im still getting acne with dinner I almost always have some form of meat weather that be steak, fish , chicken. I eat eggs during the day and 3-4l of water a day. Nothings changed
What else do you eat? How much sleep do you get?
The best diet change to improve acne is completely removing or severely limiting sugar and carbohydrates. It also sometimes can take many months or even longer for acne to go away even on a perfect diet as it's one of the ways your body detoxes. I would definitely avoid accutane though, since it might clear your acne but it also destroys your body.
what else do you eat
No it’s a terrible idea just do this:
Cut out all skincare and everything you put on your skin, stop eating any carbs and reduce your diet to only raw meat and raw milk, then wait for half a year and I promise you it’ll be gone
