At this point I would recommend eating a healthy diet, being active physically and socially (hopping off the ipad), getting enough sleep (9+ hours), and just having a fun childhood. Worrying about these things at your age really isn't healthy and will only hold you back from naturally reaching the higher bounds of your potential.
