LightMar 18dont listen to him 3.25-3.5 side proflie carries, maybe a lefort 3, would strongly suggest consulting a porfessional try getting less bloated grow out hair fix skin with surgery maybe, you can get to 4.5 In my opinion or even further you just need the right surgeries. It will cost a lot tho and also lefort 3 is kinda risky but get a good surgeon.
