Ain't nothing nutricial about this thing. Why would you choose to eat berries with plant oil and no fat soluble vitamins? Bell pepper can be alright, the green ones have the least oxalates, You should cook them, and remove the skin and seeds. It can lower the lectins significantly. Anyway, the meal needs meat. And there is no good reason to eat nuts and cranberry unless you are trying to gain weiβ¦
