The point of life - if there is any.

Everyday I go to school, I honestly wonder what I’m even doing this for. I have no interest whatsoever in school so why am I even showing up still? But even when I graduate high school, people say “live your life to the fullest” but why? It’s not like there’s some end goal once you die. Or at least I believe. I think it’s worth mentioning that I don’t believe in heaven nor hell. I get that you have only one life so you may as-well enjoy it whilst you can. But what about the people who can’t? What’s the meaning of there lives? Why does living even matter in the first place? There’s so many un-answered questions. Even if you do live a happy life, what do you even gain in the end once you die? I suspect nothing. So therefore, does that mean that there is no point of any of this? I would love to hear thoughts on this.

This is from goatis but I believe it’s rational, no other animal thinks about what happens after death, neither did our ancestors, all these problems are due to the modern life and civilization. Your just meant to live, survive,reproduce and spread your genes eventually until who knows what. Mfs talk abt roping as if you just click a button and it happens. No one knows what happens after you die it might be possitive it might be negative and it might be nothing, your life might have eternal meaning and impact and it might be just a litlle follicle with no impact whatsoever but u do know that now you are living maybe with a purpose maybe without so why let the thought of what happens after burden you? If you haven’t already, I would recommend getting familiar with some of the existentialist philosophers. They spent their lives trying to answer questions like this. For example, Albert Camus would tell you something like: life is unfair and absurd - it has no inherent meaning - but we should rebel against that absurdity and find joy in the freedom of giving life our own meaning.

Yeah, I have only been looking online for philosophy. It’s just bad that I don’t know anyone irl that’s a philosopher.

but if you belive in god it is diffrent when you dont and believing in heaven and hell is as important as believing in god but i want to answer you questions this life is like a test . Imo “god” is nothing more than a mass indoctrination for the masses. Meaning that I don’t believe in him. So using gods as a example of justice and what happens after death isn’t that believable to me.

So think about if you have one life .. what is the point of dying right ..? it is beacuse there is other life this might be beyond what you or we think but since everything is avaiblie like asking questions to people or google so it cant be an excuse to idk

I don't really think the meaning of life regards any "endgoal". I believe life is about feeling good in the moment, whatever that may mean to you. Just do whatever to feel those happy hormones, your brain produces them for a reason. What even is there to life when you don't feel good, when you don't feel happy? The main goal humans used to have was survive and reproduce, that's not really an issue…

Maybe we are just imprisoned form of pure imaginative energy and after death we have to escape the white light to ascend vibrational frequency and escape the reptillians

Wow most creative reply I’ve gotten so far I completely agree, or possibly humans have evolved to far. And maybe we were never ment to be this advanced. I don’t completely agree in this theory, but I find it cool to think about.

Even if it's as lil as going out to the club or taking a road trip.
