Pasteurized milk overconsumption method
I've been thinking, could i overconsume pasteurized milk to make up for the nutrient loss vs raw milk? I've considered this since in my country pasteurized milk costs over 13$ pr litre, while pasteurized milk costs about 1,85$ for 1 litre. The sourcing of the raw milk is also very difficult, since there is very few sources for raw milk and the cheapest raw milk gets sold out quickly. So what ratio…
