save for rhino and lip lengthening surgery ( it will boost you to Htn-low cl ) ALSO cut out the junk from your diet for acne and chew properly to prevent puffy cheeks

My pallet’s kinda narrow too. Ig that’s my the horizontal length of my lip is less. Also can you tell me where I stand now? Am I am LMTN barely?

if you live in europe and ur pallet is narrow insurance will most likely cover mse or marpe so try that however it doesn't look like ur fwhr is off it looks good and ye ur probably inbetween lmtn-mtn
