B*nesmashing: Cope or Hope? PART 2
Welcome to the Loop

In this thread we will look into the age-old debate of whether 'B*nesmashing' is a viable method for mimicking or providing an increase in bone mass, this is divided into multiple threads. Obviously this is not endorsed by FaceIQ Labs, nor is it medical advice, follow at your own risk.

-Nocturnal Kent bracing his head before B*nesmashing his Zygoma-
Now as we have already established the plausibility and scientific evidence of B*nesmashing as a method for maximizing facial aesthetics in males, we will first delve into a few Before/After pictures of those practicing the method, and then outline a theoretical protocol.
The Transformations:
Exhibit A: SpectrumAesthetics3
This one is the most telling and concrete of all of them, and it shows gradual development of each area as B*nesmashing in his case was implemented in phases where he focused on certain areas at different points in time, i strongly advise reading his thread (made pdf) after this thread, but for the sake of accessibility i will summarize his transformation here.
Before:

After implementing B*nesmashing solely on the Cheekbones, we see his cheekbones look much wider than the before.

After B*nesmashing his jaw corners and chin, we can see the ogee curve is now fully forming and his at first inward looking gonions look way more flared and projected, as well as his chin unevenness get corrected.
Before:

After:

Keep in mind, during both the before & after, SpectrumAesthetics3 remained lean and shredded, around 11% bf,
Before:

After:

*Again, credit to SpectrumAesthetics3 for his transformation, i highly recommend reading his threads where he dismantles many criticisms of his transformation
*There are videos of him in motion, as well but i could not link them here.
Exhibit B: Dark Maxxer (lmao at the name)
-Implemented B*nesmashing onto his chin for 3 months., obvious projection gains in the chin.
Before:

After:

Exhibit C: (name is redacted for being vile)
-Implemented B*nesmashing onto his Cheekbones, Increased prominence and Ogee curve formation, lack of jaw corner projection due to neglect of the area.
Before:

After:

*Keep in mind the last two transformations are definitely very flawed, there is a lack of proper documented before/afters, but they are included here to give an idea of what can be achieved by B*nesmashing.
THE PROTOCOL:
The main aim is to maintain the inflammation and swelling in the desired areas without bruising the skin too much.
Make sure to analyze all of your facial ratios beforehand , evaluate your ratios & angularity after every 2-3 months, and adjust accordingly
1- Applying Vaseline and/or a moisturizer (Bepanthen preferred) to the selected areas.
-This tackles the most common hurdle many face with the method, which is that the skin would bruise and break, causing consistency to be broken and the inflammation to go down.
2- Bracing the head, (whether by anchoring a hand behind the head, or by putting something soft like a pillow below the head), then starting at the desired areas at a medium to slightly higher force, (gauge this by pain level and intuition, blows shouldn't be light taps, nor head jostling or bleed-inducing ) using either the knuckles by making a fist, a 16oz hammer (make sure the hammer head is completely flat or it will break the skin), or any object with some weight.
3- 3-5 sets of 50-100 reps per area per session, sessions should ideally be done 2x/day, in the morning and at night, or 3x/day, spaced as far apart as possible, or 1x a day at a consistent unchanging time depending on the area.
4- Applying moisturizer (Bepanthen is preferred due to it's qualities) to the areas that were effected, after each full session.
AREAS TO APPLY:
1: The Cheekbones

-This area is fairly simple and, feel your cheekbones, they should have a wide end to the sides of your skull and another more bulbous end below your eyes, B*nesmashing the area close to the eye will mainly effect the Ogee curve's visibility and make the cheekbone more prominent and thus improving your definition, angularity, and very slightly defining your eye area if the cheekbone is high-set, B*nesmashing the lateral area will make your face wider and will effect your ESR (Eye-Separation Ratio), your fWHR (face Width to Height Ratio), your Total Facial Width to Height Ratio, and any ratio involving cheekbone width.
-The cheekbones swell up and pool blood the most out of any other area, thus they are more prone to being overdone or bruised, they require the least frequency, it is recommended to B*nesmash them either 1x a day at a consistent timing, or 2x a day, once in the morning and once at night, this depends on whether your inflammation goes down fast or not, so tailor your own routine according to your body and how long the swelling lasts.
-If the cheekbones are underdeveloped overall, one set could consist of 50-100 reps of B*nesmashing the Zygoma moving from the lateral end to the bulbous end.
2: The Jaw Corners

-This area is a little more complex in terms of finding exactly where to B*nesmashing, but you should mostly aim for the Lower Ramus to increase the width of the jaw corners. This area effects the JFA (Jaw Frontal Angle), the Bigonial width, the Gonial Angle from the front profile and thus, the deviation between IAA & JFA. Both the jaw corners and the cheekbones can influence the Bizygomatic-Bigonial Width Ratio.
-The advised frequency is 2-3 sessions per day, either 1x in the morning and 1x at night, or 3 sessions spaced as far apart as possible throughout the day, depending on if the swelling goes down.
-This area is usually the most painful, so you should first warm up with some increasingly hard taps until the pain mostly fades.
-To avoid the Masseters in the way, lean your neck either forward as if you have forward neck posture, or sideways, whichever is most comfortable, then jut your mandible by moving it forward, this should create an underbite or improve your overbite if you have one, then make a duck/kissy face to stretch the skin.
-Credit to SpectrumAesthetics3 for the diagrams & explanation below:

The black line in the picture divides the ramus which is above it marked with red and the gonion below it in green.
"I am doing this on almost entirely the ramus and not the gonion right now. So, I have largely used swelling as a guide in the past: acute swelling results to see what ascends you + FaceApp reshape morphs to alter a few mm of shape + Claude prompts (telling it you are trying to become as model tier as possible and are seeing a doctor for filler and want to know what areas to ask about or whatever)"
-The red arrows in the side profile pic indicate the lower part of the ramus, the first inch of it above the black line dividing the ramus from the gonion at the corner edge, but especially the bottom half of this 1-inch range for the best flare and angularity
-When doing the gonions, try having the object come from the side as much as possible. But this is difficult to perfect due to the way the bone is shaped so it is still from a slight upward angle, but mostly horizontal. In SpectrumAesthetics3's experience, he noticed that the gonions swelling cause a more tall and blocky unaesthetic result, thus he minimally did the area, this should be used as an example of what you should do, experimenting with the swelling to see what makes you look better.

-Those arrows are to show the angle to come at the ramus from. Like how it is hard to B*nesmash the gonions fully horizontally, It's hard to do the ramus fully from the side due to soft tissue interference, so even when coming from the side, it still is from a slightly behind angle, like the middle of the 3 arrows in that picture.
3: The Chin

(couldn't find a pic so enjoy this before/after chin asymmetry correction using the method)
-This area by far takes the most effort to grow, as the chin heals very fast and inflammation goes down rapidly, so the recommended frequency is 3 sessions/day spaced out as far apart as possible, It is also the least painful area to B*nesmash.
-The skin here will most likely be dry as is, so it can dry and bruise the most out of any area, make sure you are applying tons of moisturizer and Vaseline here prior and after each session.
-This could effect any chin related Ratio, mostly the Chin to Philtrum Ratio and the Lower Third Height. It could also combat and correct chin recession.
-The chin corners could be done to correct any asymmetry or square up the chin if it is overly round, the very bottom of the chin if it is too short. Another area is the very front of the chin, which is done for projection. Use this diagram to estimate where the mentalis muscle is and do the areas where it is not present.

4: Miscellaneous Areas

-This section includes 4 separate areas, the Maxilla, Orbital Bones, Brow ridge, the Radix and the Glabella, this is due to the lack of research, plausibility and practicality of using the method on these areas, they are significantly less 'tried and true' than the areas covered formerly.
-The Radix and Glabella are almost entirely for masculine sexual dimorphism, as a more protruded Radix and Glabella are masculine features. They are by far the most plausible and practical areas in this section as they don't contain many nerves in comparison to the other areas, however applying this method on the Radix could be difficult depending on the object you use, as it is a much smaller area which is harder to isolate, this is more problematic as you factor in that applying this to the nose bridge would be very detrimental to facial aesthetics. The Radix mainly effects the Nasofrontal Angle.
The Glabella on the other hand is much easier to isolate, and it mainly effects side profile angles and could theoretically lessen Upper Eyelid Exposure.
-The Supraorbitals, Infraorbitals, Brow Ridge and Maxillary areas contain tons of nerves and are very soft-tissue dominant and less superficial, making them very hard to grow and detrimental to over-all bodily function, practitioners who claimed results through applying the method on those areas stated they never saw results until injecting themselves with Topical Peptides such as Ghk-cu, and even then they also report nerve damage and twitching of the eyes especially in the Infraorbital region. In regards to practice, it is extremely easy to misdirect and effect the eye area, which could cause permanent damage to one's vision.
Thus due to the sensitivity and very low return on investment those regions should be avoided.
-This method is probably the only method that brings you instantaneous results upon completion.
-There are some limitations and downsides to this method, and the main problem you will face is skin discoloration, which could take months to heal. The skin quality in the areas you do will surprisingly decrease significantly. But i'd argue the bone mass gained is a much, much greater net gain as skin quality or discoloration could easily be masked by make-up or tinted sunscreen when the bone mass cannot be frauded that easily, maybe with contouring but that could easily be found out and doesn't begin to look near as good as the accumulated scar tissue.
-For those undergoing puberty, or haven't finished it yet, i advise against this method completely, this should theoretically be implemented after completion of puberty.
(Make sure to read Part 1, which provides the scientific basis and theory for how this method could bring permanent results)

It Doesn't Make Any Sense BoneSmashing Is Cope Bro If It Is Actually Not Cope Then Mma Fighters Would Have Razor Blades On Their Shins Also Those People Who Bone Smash Has Always Have The Same People Who Got Good Bone Structure Which Is Impossible To Always Be Accurate If It's Just Built In By Traumas For Example Nocturnal Kent He Has Perfect Symmetry On His Bones On His Chin And Cheeks It's Not S…
Honestly, that nocturnal Kent guy more than likely got cosmetics done let’s be real.
Nope He Didn't Get Surgery Because He Showed His Bones Before Now But The Thing Is He Edited His Old Picture To Get Smaller Face And Resseced Chin He Just Have A Good Face Ever Since He Started That's Why He Looks Super Matured When In His Yellow Hair Big Muscular Body He Have Good Base

Can heelsmashing increase 2 inches of height in 1.5 years
No, height is completely genetics AND nutrition, there are no softmaxxes and the only hardmaxxes are not worth it whatsoever.
At what age should you start bones*mashing?
Theoretically, it could work at 16-17 in late adolescence after puberty was undergone, but 18 is a safer age because advising any below that would just make a bunch of teenagers hit themselves in the head not knowing what theyre doing
Alr thanks 🙏
W article, keep it up but I have a question. 1. Is b*nesmashing only for guys? Cuz Ik a girl who does ts
Thank you, i am looking to release more in the future. Bonesmashing is mostly for guys yes, it has infinitely better return on investment for guys as females don't require angularity and softness could even be a dimorphic positive trait, but they could bonesmash their cheekbones if they are very deficient in that area, but it's really situation specific and wont work most of the time for girls.

It's only cope if you're a tiktok rage baiter, who dont try shi for 8weeks
Not swelling btw, no🔨 for 2months
flawed before and after since the angles and lighting are very drastically different, so we can't tell if there was any actual change, but i do see some cheekbone prominence increase.
also yes, the only people who say Bonesmashing doesnt work haven't tried it, or haven't done it consistently with enough times per day
this is interesting, what's your proof bojack bonesmashed?
His course & obvious change in zygos
Great sauce ...just like before
Bone smashing according to wolf laws gives more density but it actually doesn't change the bone shape or size so BS shouldn't give you any bone growth theoretically. If you think your face changed it's probably just inflammation in the areas you BS giving you the visualization of more bone growth but it's effect is temporary so I wouldn't recommend it.
This is true, bonesmashing does not cause any measurable bone growth as per the most plausible mechanism, it is dense collagenous scar tissue accumulation that merely mimics the presence of bone mass, it's effects are both temporary and permanent, as scar tissue forms after inflammation is upkept in an area over the span of many weeks. Read part 1 of this thread on my profile for the full explana…
interesting thread, but why are you censoring bonesmashing?
i had to censor that and reword a lot of stuff because the system flags the post and doesn't publish it
Its cope looks more like he got implants ir something
He actually responded to this very common retort: "Yet, I grew my cheekbones and chin and jaw at DIFFERENT TIMES; wouldn't any non-retarded aesthetician, when consulting with me, tell me to do multiple areas at once for balance? Further, the unevenness at the bottom of my chin, which was blatant before and minimal now: why would I have waited to fill that for so long? Second to last, pics from aft…

Where can I contact SpectrumAesthetics3 I don’t believe in his results to be evidence of said theory.
